Clinical Director (Chapel Hill)

Supervise Outpatient Clinic Program Managers, providing training, guidance, support and correction ensuring clinic operations run smoothly and job duties are performed in accordance with expectations.

Assist Program Managers with staffing all clinics, ensuring that the highest quality candidates are onboard.

Support Program Managers in evaluating work performance of clinic staff assisting in disciplinary proceedings and addressing issues quickly and effectively.

Offer year around performance feedback and conduct annual appraisals on Program Managers that include a performance evaluation, updated job descriptions (as necessary), and goals for the next evaluation period.

Meet regularly with Program Managers to provide guidance in ensuring that programs are well managed and meeting their financial and programmatic goals.

Assist in addressing concerns related to coverage, productivity, outcome measures, workload expectations and management of clinic.

Provide administrative support, supervision, and consultation to help Managers broaden skillset and knowledge.
